Plaza de Armas. These are Chilean palm trees - you know that because they have smooth trunks. The ones with rough trunks are Brazilian palms.

Potatos, fish, and beer. What else do you need? This was also the first time we tried the Pil-Pil preparation, which is an incredible garlic, vinegar, and chili pepper concoction.

Etruscan(?) sauce production. Usually aged in smaller and smaller barrels for 20 years. Bodegas Re is experimenting with a different technique - let the same sauce age in each barrel for 2 years, mixe it, and let it re-age for a total of 10 years.

Adopted dog in the Bocadillas Re vinyard. The dog was one of the worker's and had found out that she could get what she wanted by hanging out with the tours :)
